Fiorentina do not plan to keep a hold of Cristiano Biraghi should he not be purchased outright by Inter according to a report from the online edition of Florence based newspaper La Nazione.

Biraghi is currently out on loan at Inter and the Nerazzurri club would like to keep him at the club as he is very helpful to have in the squad for the sake of homegrown player registration for UEFA competitions.

However, if the clubs cannot come to an agreement over the permanent transfer of the 27-year-old full back, Fiorentina have already planned what they could do with Biraghi.

The report goes on to state that Fiorentina could try and conduct a swap deal with Roma which would see Biraghi head to the Italian capital in exchange for Leonardo Spinnazzola, most likely on a loan basis.

Whilst at Inter this season, Biraghi has made 24 appearances across all competitions to date in which he has scored one goal and tallied four assists.
