Red Bull Salzburg attacking midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai has remained tight lipped when asked on recent links to AC Milan and revealed that he has other offers too ahead of the upcoming Summer transfer window.

“At this moment, I can’t say anything about the interest from Milan,” he explained in a video interview with streaming service DAZN.

“If it should go through, then it’ll mean that was my destiny. However, the final decision is down to me and I have other offers too. I will make the choice that I consider best for me and my career.

Asked about his thoughts on Serie A as a league, the highly rated Hungarian national team player added: “Serie A is an excellent league, for sure, but so are the Premier League and the Bundesliga.”

Szoboszlai also spoke on which top player he would say he is most like.

“If I were to suggest a player who I am most similar to, considering my position and style, I’d probably say Toni Kroos or Paul Pogba.”

The 19-year-old sensation, who has a contract with the Austrian Bundesliga club until the end of the 2021/22 season, has also drawn links with Inter, Juventus, Lazio as well as Premier League duo Chelsea and Arsrenal in recent weeks and months.

This season Szoboszlai has made 29 appearances across all competitions to date. In just shy of 1800 minutes on the park he has scored four goals and has also provided a total of seven assists for his teammates.
