Inter will face Napoli in the second leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final clash on the 12th June, 24 hours before Juventus face AC Milan, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

The report details how dates of the resumption of the season are beginning to be leaked, with other dates also potentially being revealed. Inter’s postponed game against Sampdoria will take place on the 21st June at 9:45pm, whilst Juventus will play Lazio on the 20th July at 9:45pm.

On the 8th June, the report continues, a council will be convened that will decide upon the alternative plans, should the season be stopped again due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The current Plan B is the usage of playoffs and playouts, although many clubs are opposed to this.

The third plan is to freeze the league table, with FIGC president Gabriele Gravina discussed an algorithm that could create a table that respects sporting merits as well. The factors it will take into account include the amount of games played, the results in games and other statistics. The result would be an estimation of what the league title would look like at the end of the season, should it not be completed.
