Hellas Verona starlet Marash Kumbulla has a verbal agreement in place with Inter, according to a report from today’s paper edition of the Rome based newspaper il Messaggero.
The report details how the Nerazzurri are prepared to sign the 20-year-old Albanian defender from the Gialloblu in a deal worth around €30 million. The player has already verbally agreed to join the Milanese club and intends to stick to his word.
Kumbulla is ready to sign a long contract with Inter, the report continues, worth around €3 million. The 20-year-old Italian has impressed in his debut season in Serie A, being a part of one of the best defences in the league. Kumbulla has made 19 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 1581 minutes. In that time, he has scored one goal and helped the side keep seven clean sheets. Juventus are also interested in the player but have too many defenders currently in the squad.
