Having sang the praises of other teammates and manager Antonio Conte in recent days, Inter defender Stefan de Vrij has now sang the praises of Inter strike force Romelu Lukaku and Lautaro Martinez.

The Belgian and Argentine national team strikers have struck up a lethal partnership with one another at Inter this term with the duo having scored a combined 39 goals across all competitions to date.

Lukaku, who joined Inter in a club record €65 million deal this past Summer from Manchester United, is the club’s top goalscorer this season with 23 goals to his name whilst Lautaro, who continues to be heavily linked to Barcelona, is the second top goalscorer with 16 goals.

“They are two very physically strong, very mobile and fast attackers. In training they are very difficult to mark,” de Vrij explained in an interview with sports broadcaster DAZN earlier on today.

de Vrij, who has a contract with the club through to the end of the 2022/23 season, has made 31 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored two goals and provided four assists.
