Marcelo Brozovic is no longer deemed as indispensable by Inter according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport.

If Inter are to receive an important offer for the Croatian national team midfielder in the upcoming transfer window they could cash in and let him leave the club.

One of the reasons for this is the fact that Brozovic and January transfer window recruit Christian Eriksen struggle to play alongside one another.

Rather than compliment one another, the duo instead limit each other. In short, the play better when the other is not playing.

Brozovic joined Inter from Dinamo Zagreb back in January 2015 and he has a contract with Inter until the end of the 2021/22 season.

This season Brozovic has made 38 appearances across all competitions to date. In his time on the park, which totals just over 3200 minutes, he has scored three goals and provided five assists.
