Inter are one of four clubs who have an interest in signing Alessandro Florenzi according to a report from Italian news outlet CalcioMercato.com.

The Italian defender is back at Roma following a loan spell with La Liga side Valencia and Inter face competition from two fellow Serie A sides.

As per the report, Fiorentina are in constant contact with his agent Alessandro Lucci over a possible move whilst Atalanta also have an interest in him as they have identified him as the ideal replacement for Robin Gosens, who has been linked to a number of clubs ahead of the upcoming transfer window.

The report explains that Inter manager Antonio Conte is a great admirer of Florenzi and he has liked him since he was in charge at Juventus but back then it was impossible to sign Florenzi although it is a different story now.

Sevilla are also courting the 29-year-old as they wish to strengthen the squad for the Champions League but as things stand there is nothing concrete.
