Cristiano Biraghi’s Inter future is currently hanging in the balance but he could still end up staying with the club according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Corriere dello Sport.

Inter and Fiorentina have not come to an agreement over loan extensions for Biraghi and Dalbert and for this reason Biraghi is likely to return to Fiorentina.

His agent Mario Giuffredi yesterday admitted that Biraghi’s Fiorentina contract is no longer suitable seeing how he has improved as a player in the team since he signed the contract three years ago and this could mean that Biraghi will end up staying in Milan.

During the recently concluded 2019/20 season, the 27-year-old Italian national team player made 37 appearances across all competitions. In his time on the park, which totalled just over 2100 minutes, the Inter academy graduate scored three goals and provided a total of seven assists for his teammates.
