Ivan Perisic has not suffered a serious injury and trained alongside his teammates this afternoon according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInterNews.it.

The Croatian national team player was forced off the park during Croatian’s 4-2 UEFA Nations League loss to France with a knee problem. The player limped off the field and was still limping come the end of the match but the injury is in fact nothing serious.

Perisic, who spent the 2019/20 season on loan at Bayern Munich, trained with his Inter teammates this afternoon, including new additions Achraf Hakimi and Aleksandar Kolarov.

Perisic is facing an uncertain future at Inter with many reports stating he will be offloaded before the transfer window concludes next month whilst other reports have stated there is a chance that he could be reintregrated into the team.

Since joining Inter in 2015, Perisic has made 163 appearances across all competitions, in which he has scored 40 goals and provided 35 assists.
