Inter defender Milan Skriniar is convinced about leaving Inter for Tottenham Hotspur according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sport Mediaset, which was aired a short time ago.

Although he started in Inter’s 5-2 win over Benevento yesterday, the Slovakian national team player would like to move to the Premier League with Spurs, who have been courting him as of late.

Spurs have already seen an offer knocked back for Skriniar, believed to be in the region of €30 million, and they have now submitted a new offer worth a believed €44 million, which is much closer to Inter’s €50 million asking price for the former Sampdoria player.

Should Skriniar’s transfer to Tottenham materialise, the report goes on to state that Inter could make a last minute attempt to sign Chelsea central midfielder N’Golo Kante, who is a player Inter manager Antonio Conte has requested in order to allow the team to make another leap in quality.
