There are no margins at all for Joao Mario to be reintegrated at Inter according to a report from Italian news outlet FCInter1908.it.

The Portuguese attacking midfielder, who spent last season out on loan at Lokomotiv Moscow, has been exempted from training with the club and has not even returned to Milan either.

There have been rumours of interest from clubs elsewhere but nothing more than that. Inter have decided that the player is out of the project and even if the likes of Radja Nainggolan and Matias Vecino both leave, reinstatement would still not even be considered for the former Sporting CP player.

The player was excluded from the official team photo for the 2020/21 season and there is little doubt that he must leave Inter but his €3 million net a year wages frighten many teams.

Since joining Inter Joao Mario has made 69 appearances across all competitions to date, in which he has scored four goals and tallied 13 assists.
