Inter striker Andrea Pinamonti’s ankle remains swollen according to a report in today’s print edition of Italian daily newspaper Tuttosport.

During Italy Under 21’s match with Luxembourg during the recent international break Pinamonti took a knock to his ankle and whilst a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia claimed that tests ruled out any injury, the player has still not fully recovered with his ankle remaining in a swollen state.

The report from the Turin based news outlet meanwhile report that between today and tomorrow Inter central midfielder Stefano Sensi will make a return to group training.

The Italian national team player has suffered multiple injuries, mainly muscle related ones, during his time with Inter and he has been sidelined for the past few weeks due to a muscle problem but he is close to making a return to full training.

This season the 24-year-old has been limited to just three appearances across all competitions to date but has not scored any goals or tallied any assists.
