Inter had the highest-earning substitutes bench among Serie A’s leading clubs last weekend, an Italian media report has highlighted today.

Gazzetta dello Sport, via their online edition, have highlighted that the Nerazzurri’s bench for the 2-2 draw at Roma on Sunday earned a combined €32.3 million a year between them, with Christian Eriksen earning €7.5 of that and being the highest paid player of the lot.

Inter’s bench and individuals earnings for Sunday’s match are as follows:

Aleksandar Kolarov (€3 million), Roberto Gagliardini (€1,5 million), Ashley Young (€3 million), Ivan Perisic (€5 milllion), Daniele Padelli (€500,000), Ionut Andrei Radu (€1 million), Andrea Ranocchia (€1.8 million), Stefano Sensi (€2 million), Christian Eriksen (€7.5 million) and Alexis Sanchez (€7 million).

Antonio Conte’s reserves earned just about €2 million more than that of Juventus, whose bench against Sassuolo earned a combined salary of €30.5 million.

Napoli had the bench with the third highest annual salary with them having €24.1 million, AC Milan fourth with €17.9 million, Roma third with €13.3 million and Atalanta’s bench earn a total of €8.75 million.
