Roma and Udinese reached an ‘informal agreement’ over the transfer of goalkeeper Juan Musso yesterday, according to an Italian broadcaster’s report this evening.

As per Sportitalia, the Giallorossi appear to have moved ahead of Inter in the battle to sign the highly-rated Argentina international.

During yesterday’s match between the two clubs at the Stadio Olimpico, members of Roma and Udinese’s management had discussions over Musso and it was in these discussions that they reached an informal agreement.

Musso has been strongly linked with a potential summer transfer window switch to Inter to replace the ageing Samir Handanovic and is reportedly Inter’s favourite to come in and replace the long-serving Slovenian.

Inter were linked with yet another goalkeeper today, after a report in the Spanish media claimed the Nerazzurri were interested in Manchester United’s David De Gea.

United value De Gea at €25 million and also have interest from Juventus, Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco.
