Inter have confirmed they have no further cases of COVID-19 in their first-team squad today, according to a report in the Italian media.

The Nerazzurri have four players with the virus at present – Danilo D’Ambrosio, Samir Handanovic, Stefan de Vrij and Matias Vecino – and subjected the rest of the first-team squad to another round of testing yesterday.

As per FcInterNews.it, all of their players have tested negative again, which will be of great relief to head coach Antonio Conte.

However, there is one member of Inter’s ‘team group’ (but not a player) who has tested positive today.

FCIN’s report did not discuss the ramifications of today’s negative tests in terms of Inter players joining their national teams.

However, reports this morning said Romelu Lukaku, Christian Eriksen, Marcelo Brozovic, Ivan Perisic, Milan Skriniar, Andrei Radu and Achraf Hakimi would be allowed to travel home if they tested negative, which they have now done.
