Ashley Young looks ever more likely to leave Inter at the end of the season, as per a report in the Italian media today.

Tuttosport’s print edition referenced a report from the Daily Mail which said Young had received interest from Watford, the club where he developed as a teenager.

Young is out of contract with Inter in the summer and at the moment he has not received any sign that he will be offered an extension.

It is no secret that Inter are seeking a new left wing-back ahead of next season, who can act as an alternative to Ivan Perisic.

Young is anything but untouchable at Inter, with the Turin-based paper reporting that he recently reiterated his desire to return to Watford for the end of his career.

The 35-year-old has made 30 appearances in all competitions for the Nerazzurri this season, providing three assists for Antonio Conte’s side.
