Antonio Conte is preparing two changes to his Inter starting XI for tomorrow’s match at Crotone, according to a report in the Italian media this evening.

Gazzetta dello Sport’s print edition said Matteo Darmian and Stefano Sensi were both likely to come into the side following today’s training session.

Darmian is expected to get the nod ahead of Ivan Perisic at left wing-back, while Sensi would take Christian Eriksen’s place in midfield.

Inter will move to within touching distance of their first Serie A title in 11 years if they win at the Stadio Ezio Scida.

Club president Steven Zhang visited the first-team squad at Appiano Gentile earlier today, thanking Inter’s players for ‘an exceptional journey’ as they head towards the scudetto.

Conte’s side will be confirmed as champions on Sunday if they beat Crotone and then Atalanta fail to pick up three points away at Sassuolo.

Inter only need four points from their final five games regardless of what happens to Gian Piero Gasperini’s side.
