Inter only had one cause for concern yesterday as they celebrated the Scudetto with victory over Udinese, according to a report in the Italian media today.
As per Corriere dello Sport’s print edition, the only disappointing note of the afternoon was Stefano Sensi picking up another muscular injury.
Sensi was forced to come off after 39 minutes at San Siro, having sustained a problem with his right thigh which was confirmed after tests today.
Roberto Mancini now faces an anxious wait to find out whether Sensi can recover in time to play for Italy at the European Championships.
Inter finished their title-winning campaign in style yesterday, wrapping up the season with a 5-1 trashing before they lifted the trophy.
Antonio Conte’s side finished with 91 points, Inter’s second-highest points total in Serie A, and won a club-record 16 league games in a row this season.
Inter were joined in the UEFA Champions League spots by Atalanta, AC Milan and Juventus, while Napoli missed out.
