Paris Saint-Germain are confident of completing the signing of Inter’ Achraf Hakimi by this weekend, with the club ready to close the deal with the Nerazzurri.
This is according to French news outlet FootMercato, who report that the Parisians believe that they will soon present an offer which is close enough to Inter’s valuation of the player that it will be accepted.
It is thought that in recent days PSG have raised their offer to at least €70 million in negotiations with the Nerazzurri, and will soon formally table their offer.
The report also mentions that the Moroccan was also a target for the French club a year ago, but that at the time they lacked the funds necessary to seriously pursue him as he ended up transferring to Inter from Real Madrid.
Hakimi has agreed personal terms with the French club, with the 22-year-old reportedly set to sign a five-year contract worth a net salary of around €10 million per season.
