With Achraf Hakimi set to depart from the Giuseppa Meazza in the coming days, it is likely that Inter will have to replace the Moroccan with a player in the same position.

The question of who comes in to take over from the 22-year-old will be a significant matter in Inter’s transfer market, and Milan-based newspaper have weighed in on the question, proposing Lazio’s Manuel Lazzarri and Chelsea’s Davide Zappacosta as two possibilities in today’s print edition.

Lazzarri is admired by the Nerazzurri and especially by new coach Simone Inzaghi with the pair having spent two seasons together with the Biancocelesti.,

However, it remains to be seen whether Lazio President Claudio Lotito will be willing to agree a deal for the wing-back which Inter will find to be feasible.

Zappacosta, meanwhile, spent last season on loan at Genoa but is currently set to return to his parent club in London, and could arrive at the Giuseppe Meazza as a reliable and experienced option.
