Inter and Paris Saint-Germain are ready to close on the deal to bring Achraf Hakimi to the French capital, with only the question of add-ons still left to work out.

This is according to Italian transfer market expert Alfredo Pedulla, speaking on his television show SportItalia Calciomercato on Friday, who claimed that the deal could be completed within 48 hours, and definitely before June 30.

PSG are thought to have stepped up their pursuit of the Moroccan this week after having been the favourites for his signature for some time, preparing an offer which they have hoped the Nerazzurri would accept.

It is believed that negotiations are very close to being finalised now, with the one matter left to discuss being how the deal is structured with respect to add-ons.

PSG are ready to include €2-3 million in add-ons in the deal, which will be very easy to achieve and when added to the fixed amount will bring the total at least to Inter’s €70m valuation.

The Nerazzurri had hoped to complete this deal before the end of the month for financial reasons, and it appears that they will get their wish.

With PSG the player’s preferred destination and close to an agreement with the Nerazzurri, Pedulla reports that Premier League club Chelsea are now out of the race for the 22-year-old.
