Lautaro Martinez could depart from Inter this summer, with the Nerazzurri ready to move for Sassuolo striker Giacomo Raspadori to replace the Argentine should he leave.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who report that the Argentine is still attracting heavy interest from the likes of Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid in Spain.

As of yet no serious offers have come into Inter for the 23-year-old, but should one of the Spanish giants make an offer which the club is willing to consider on a financial level, and if the player’s wish is for a transfer, he could be off in the summer.

Should Martinez leave, Inter have identified a replacement in the 21-year-old Giacomo Raspadori, whose entourage the club are in constant contact with.

The player’s agent is said to have visited with Inter directors last week, and the club’s interest in his signature was made clear.

Inter’s relations with Raspadori’s current club Sassuolo are good, and it is thought that a deal could be worked out, with the Neroverdi thought to be interested in bringing several possible young Inter players the other way as part of a deal for Raspadori, with the names of Gaetano Pio Oristano, Lorenzo Pirola, and Martin Satriano having come up.
