Andrea Pinamonti could leave Inter to join new Serie A arrivals Salernitana, with the Campania club thought to be asking for the player for next season.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, who claim that the 22-year-old is a player whose exit the Nerazzurri are working on.

Pinamonti is a player admired by Salernitana as the club look to strengthen their attacking options for the top division, although the player’s €2 million could represent an obstacle to reaching a deal to sign the player and it remains to be seen whether they will be financially able to do a deal for the player.

Meanwhile, young striker Eddie Salcedo has returned to Inter from his loan spell with Hellas Verona and will be evaluated by Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi during summer training.

The 19-year-old’s future in a Nerazzurri remains unclear for the time being though more will become apparent as the new Inter manager gets a sense of his qualities through observing him.
