New Inter coach Simone Inzaghi will be paying very close attention to the physical state of Stefano Sensi during the club’s pre-season preparations, according to a report in the Italian media.

As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport, the technical side of Stefano Sensi’s game will not be getting too much focus during pre-season as everyone knows he is a very gifted individual.

His trouble throughout his time at Inter has been staying fit. He is an extremely injury-prone midfielder and Inter are quite close to losing patience with the 25-year-old and selling him. Fiorentina are an interested party.

Simone Inzaghi wants to take a close look at the ex-Sassuolo man during pre-season to see if he reacts well to any new physical training methods.

Stefano Sensi’s most recent injury saw him have to withdraw from Roberto Mancini’s Italy squad ahead of Euro 2020. He was replaced by Atalanta’s Matteo Pessina.
