Fiorentina goalkeeper Bartolmiej Dragowski’s agent Mariusz Kulesza has spoken about his client’s future amid links to Inter.

In an interview with Italian news outlet firenzeviola.it, the agent explained that his client is still considering his future, and that a move away could be possible.

Dragowski has emerged as a possible target for the Nerazzurri in this transfer window, as the club look to find a long-term successor to Samir Handanovic in goal.

The Slovenian is still set to stay on as the first-choice keeper, but he is 37 and a new keeper will need to be found who can replace him in the long term

Dragowski is only 23, and his performances for La Viola have earned praise, and he could be the long-terms solution in goal which the Nerazzurri are looking for.

The young Polish keeper still has two years remaining on his deal with the Tuscan club, but as Kulesza outlines, a departure during this summer or the next is a possibility:

“It’s still too early to talk about the future, the market is long and anything can happen. Right now the only goal of my client is to work hard and be fully prepared for the new season.”

Next he was asked whether he planned to meet with Fiorentina to discuss a possible extension of the Pole’s contract beyond 2023, a matter which could clarify his future, and the agent had this to say:

“I still don’t have any scheduled meetings with the Viola management. Drągowski still has a two-year contract with Fiorentina, there’s time.”
