Inter head coach Simone Inzaghi has given three days off to the squad members not called up for international duty before returning to training.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazurri boss has granted three days to rest before the players who are returning to training with the squad will be expected back.

Fourteen players in the Nerazzurri’s squad will be away with their national sides during the break, but those not called up will be back in training with Inzaghi and the rest of the squad, including a number of youth team players who will be training with the senior squad.

The players who are returning will not be expected to make an immediate return, however, but rather will be given the next three days after the exhausting schedule that the team has faced over the past several weeks, in which players have had virtually no time to catch their breath.
