There have been no concrete approaches by Olympique Marseille for Inter forward Alexis Sanchez despite rumours from France.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Chilean has not received any offers from the French side or from any other European clubs reported to be targeting him.

Sanchez is reportedly still not happy with the limited playing time that he gets at the Nerazzurri, with his start against Empoli a rare instance in which he had a role that wasn’t off the bench late in games.

He could be on his way out at the club if the right offer comes along in January, but so far the only serious proposals have come from clubs in MLS where the forward would likely not be interested in moving.

Premier League side Newcastle United have been reportedly interested in his signature as they aim to strengthen their squad under new owners, but according to FCInterNews have not made a serious offer.

Clubs in Spain and France are also rumoured to be interested in Sanchez’s signature, but the report states that this has not yet manifested in the form of serious offers.
