Former Napoli striker Roberto Sosa believes that his former side are a stronger team than Inter or AC Milan at the moment.

Speaking to Italian broadcaster Canale 21, the 46-year-old gave the view that only Juventus really make him worry as far as opponents for the Partenopei.

Napoli have enjoyed remarkable form in the first part of the season, dropping only four points in their first twelve matches of the campaign.

Their first match back from the November international break sees them face off against reigning Italian champions Inter, and the Nerazzurri have the opportunity to claw back the deficit to within four points if they can win.

However, Sosa is not too worried about this, and feels that Luciano Spalletti’s men have what it takes to get the better of the Nerazzurri.

He believes that they are the strongest team in the Italian top flight right now and that they should be seen as favourites ahead of the Milan clubs.

“Napoli in are in a league of their own,” he stated, “because I don’t see any other teams playing at the levels Napoli are.”

He went on that “Beyond the results, I think Napoli are playing extraordinary football. I am not afraid of Milan or Inter. Every Sunday when I watch Italian football I want Napoli to win and only one team scares me, and that’s Juve.”
