Inter are considering a number of profiles among the potential replacements for Ivan Perisic on the left with the Croat expected to leave next summer, with Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic the favourite.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, who report that the 29-year-old leads the way in the Nerazzuri’s search for a left-sided player.

Perisic’s current deal is set to run out at the end of June 2022, and with the 32-year-old not likely to accept the offer of an extension on reduced terms the club will have to replace him with a similar profile.

Monaco’s Caio Henrique, Villarreal’s Alfonso Pedraza, and Borussia Monchengladbach’s Ramy Bensenbaini are all names being monitored by the club to take over in the role.

However, the likeliest player to be brought in is still Kostic, a player who the club have targeted in past transfer windows as well and who it is thought would be able to take over from Perisic right away.
