Napoli are aiming to have the likes of Kostas Manolas and Kevin Malcuit back from injury to reinforce their backline when they face Inter on Sunday.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Partenopei duo are likely to be available in time for the massive head-to-head clash.

Right-back Malcuit has been out with injury since October 9, while centre-back Manolas has been out since October 21, but both are working towards their recovery and the Partenopei hope to have both in the team by the time they travel to the San Siro.

Meanwhile, midfielder Diego Demme is still in self-isolation after testing positive for COVID-19.

Internationals Elif Elmas, Stanislav Lobotka, and Amir Rrahmani have already returned to the squad from international duty, while the likes of Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Alex Meret, and Lorenzo Insigne will be back shortly from their time spent with the Italian national team as the squad filters back in for Luciano Spalletti.
