Inter remain in pole position to sign Paulo Dybala this summer despite his links to their Serie A rivals Juventus.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri are favourites for the Argentine’s signature, and that he will not be held back by his connections with the Bianconeri.

Dybala played his final home game for Juventus in yesterday evening’s 2-1 win over Lazio in Turin.

After a positive reception by the fans on his final home appearance for the club, the 28-year-old left the pitch in tears at the reception, demonstrating how emotional the departure is for him.

Dybala would not, however, feel compelled to forgo a transfer to the Nerazzurri because of this connection with their rivals.

The Argentine is also a major target for Atletico Madrid while he is less interested in offers from the Premier Legaue, and the likes of Paris Saint-Germain and Roma have not really emerged as candidates to sign him.

Inter could offer Dybala a three-year deal with the option of a fourth season worth €7 million net per season to convince him on a deal.
