Inter have not given up on the possibility of signing Paulo Dybala, but they will have to wrap up the exits of Alexis Sanchez and another forward before they can sign him.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, who report that the Nerazzurri’s pursuit of the 28-year-old remains ongoing but that they have communicated him that things must wait until they are able to make space in their attack.

It has long been expected that a departure of Sanchez would be necessary before Inter would be able to get a deal wrapped up for Dybala, but the Chilean’s situation has dragged on and he remains at the club.

Meanwhile, one of Edin Dzeko and Joaquin Correa would also have to depart for a move for the Argentine to be feasible.

According to Sky, this does not mean that the Nerazzurri have given up on trying to sign Dybala, but the pursuit must necessarily remain on standby whilst they sort things out to try and make a move for him.
