Inter will not listen to any offers from Paris Saint-Germain for Milan Skriniar over the last couple days of the transfer market, and will instead work to extend the Slovakian’s contract.
This according to Sky Sport Italia transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports on his homepage that the Nerazzurri have absolutely no intention of selling the 27-year-old before the window slams shut.
PSG are still considering Skriniar a target, with coach Christophe Galtier stating as much while speaking to the press, whilst a report from French news outlet L’Equipe earlier today suggested that the Parisians believe that they can get a deal done with President Nasser Al-Khelaigi personally intervening in negotiations.
However, according to Di Marzio the Nerazzurri have not budged in their stance from the past couple of weeks, which is that they have absolutely no intention of selling Skriniar no matter what the French champions offer.
He reports on his homepage, “Inter aren’t opening up, their position remains rigid: Milan Skriniar won’t leave Inter in the final hours of the transfer window.”
“The Nerazzurri have made their position clear in response to some rumours that have circulated today,” he goes on. “The Slovakian will remain in Milan and won’t be sold by the Nerazzurri, who will rather get to work on trying to extend his contract.”
