Lille defender Tiago Djalo has emerged as Inter’s top target to replace Milan Skriniar with the Slovakian looking set to leave for Paris Saint-Germain.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews, who report that the 23-year-old Portuguese international is top of the Nerazzurri’s list, which also contains Chelsea’s Trevoh Chalobah, Udinese’s Rodrigo Becao, and Leicester City’s Caglar Soyuncu.

Skriniar’s departure to join PSG now looks a virtual certainty, and so Inter are starting to get serious in plans for who will succeed the former Sampdoria defender.

Chalobah had been a target for the Nerazzurri last summer, whilst Becao and Soyuncu are also on the club’s radar.

However, according to Tuttosport it is Djalo who has most impressed Inter.

The Nerazzurri feel that the 23-year-old has the right qualities to slot in for Skriniar directly in their back three, and are getting ready to make a move for him.
