The agent of Inter-linked Empoli wingback Fabiano Parisi expects that it will not be very long at all before the 22-year-old makes a move to a bigger club.
Speaking to Italian news outlet TuttoMercatoWeb, the wingback’s agent Mario Giufredi explained that from his perspective the player is definitely ready to make the move to a big club.
Parisi has been impressing with his performances for Empoli since the Tuscans got promoted to Serie A for the start of the 2021-22 season.
The young wingback has earned the attention of a number of the biggest clubs in the Italian top flight, whilst teams outside of Italy have also been reported to be keen.
Inter have long been one of the teams strongly linked with Parisi.
This is due to the fact that the 22-year-old would be very stylistically suitable to playing in the Nerazzurri’s customary 3-5-2 formation.
According to the player’s agent, a move shouldn’t be too far away.
“He’s ready to join a big club,” Giufredi said, “this will be his last season at Empoli.”
“He already had offers from big clubs last summer, and at a certain point I think a player of his quality is only right to think about the next step,” he added.
Asked if Juventus were among the 22-year-old’s suitors, the agent replied that “At this point it’s premature to talk about specific clubs.”
