Strikers Lautaro Martinez and Romelu Lukaku could start for Inter Milan against Napoli tomorrow in Serie A.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInter1908, who report that the pair could form the Nerazzurri’s attacking tandem as they travel to Naples.

Lukaku looks likely to start for Inter tomorrow.

Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi will in all likelihood continue with his squad rotation policy from the last few weeks. For Lukaku, this means the Belgian starts on the weekend and then comes off the bench in midweek matches.

However, according to Sky, it is far from certain that Joaquin Correa will start alongside the Lukaku.

Correa has been the one to start in attack in the Nerazzurri’s past few weekend Serie A matches.

Inzaghi has followed a fairly clear pattern of rotation in attack: Lukaku and Correa on the weekend, Martinez and Edin Dzeko in midweek.

Lautaro Could Start Alongside Lukaku For Inter Milan Vs Napoli

However, according to Sky, there is no guarantee that Inzaghi will keep this policy up tomorrow.

The broadcaster anticipates that Martinez could keep his place from Tuesday’s win over AC Milan.

This would mean that Correa would continue to be on the bench for tomorrow’s match.

De Vrij & Gosens Also Likely To Start Vs The Partenopei

Sky also report that a number of other changes will be made to Inter’s squad for tomorrow evening’s match in Naples.

In defense, Stefan de Vrij is likely to start in the middle of the back three. Whether that means that Francesco Acerbi drops to the bench, or moves to the left and Alessandro Bastoni drops out, is not certain.

On the left flank, Federico Dimarco is likely to be rested. Coming in for the 25-year-old will be Robin Gosens.
