Tomorrow will be the decisive day in determining whether or not Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar will be fit for this Saturday’s Serie A clash away to Torino.

This according to Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia, via FCInterNews. How the 28-year-old looks when the team return to full training should make clear whether he’ll be fit enough to play a role against the Granata.

Skriniar should be fit before the end of the season.

There had been doubt that the Slovakian would ever play for the Nerazzurri again. This is due to the fact that he is set to join Paris Saint-Germain during the summer.

However, the former Sampdoria man is now set to be fit for the Champions League final against Manchester City next month.

Moreover, Skriniar could even be fit before then. There is a chance that the 28-year-old can get on the pitch against Torino over the weekend to get some playing time in his leg in anticipation of the final against City.

Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi confirmed as much in a press conference last week.

Tomorrow Key In Milan Skriniar Fitness For Torino Clash

A medical consultation last Thursday confirmed that there’s a chance that Skriniar could be ready for the pitch against Torino already.

This is a different prognosis from what had been thought when Skriniar initially received lumbar spine surgery.

However, it is not yet certain whether or not the defender will actually feel ready to play as early as this weekend.

For that, he will have to take to the pitch in a full training session.

Tomorrow, the Nerazzurri squad will be back in training after being given a couple days off.

If Skriniar reacts well to the training, there is every chance that he will be able to play a part against Torino over the weekend.
