Fenerbahce are ready to offer Inter Milan striker Edin Dzeko a two-year contract to join on a free transfer during the summer transfer window.
This according to to Italian news outlet La Repubblica, via FCInterNews, who report that the Turkish giants have offered a two-year deal worth €4 million net per season.
As things stand, Dzeko’s contract at Inter is set to run out at the end of this month.
The Nerazzurri have reportedly been pushing to agree on a one-year extension with the Bosnian international. However, as of yet Dzeko has not put pen to paper on a new deal.
For the moment, the player’s priority is the same as that of everyone else in Inter’s squad – the Champions League final.
The 37-year-old is gearing up to start against his former team Man City. The Bosnian, who has also played for Roma and Wolfsburg, is reportedly the favourite to start in attack in the final.

La Repubblica report that sources in Turkey have confirmed serious interest by Fenerbahce in signing Dzeko from Inter.
The Istanbul giants are trying to make the veteran striker a key piece in their team next season.
According to La Repubblica’s Turkish sources, Fenerbahce would be ready to arrange a meeting with Dzeko soon. The Bosnian will be in Istanbul for the Champions League final over the weekend.
La Repubblica report that Fenerbahce are prepared to try and hold talks not long after the final.
They want to try and convince Dzeko to reject Inter’s offer of a new deal.
The 37-year-old remains an important player at Inter. This season, he has made 51 appearances across all competitions, scoring fourteen goals in the process.
Last season, Dzeko scored seventeen goals for the Nerazzurri across 49 appearances in all competitions. He had joined from Roma in 2021.
