Inter Milan have contacted the agent of teenage Real Valladolid sensation Ivan Fresneda about a possible summer transfer.

This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri have approached the 18-year-old Spaniard’s representatives Fali Ramadani as a move to Borussia Dortmund no longer looks certain.

With Valladolid having been narrowly relegated from La Liga in the season just gone, a departure for Fresenda looks certain.

Despite the overall poor campaign for the Spanish side, one bright spot came in the form of Freneda’s performances.

Despite having only turned eighteen during the season, the youngster has already more than looked up to the task at the senior level. The attacking side of his game in particular has won Fresneda plaudits.

It has also earned him transfer interest from some big European clubs.

Borussia Dortmund have pushed to try and sign the 18-year-old. He looks to be one of their main targets to strengthen in wide areas.

After the Schwrazgelben narrowly missed out on the Bundesliga title on the final day, they’re keen to go again immediately.

However, whilst Dortmund’s pursuit of Fresneda had looked very advanced, they hit a snag. Namely, the teenager decided to change agents, switching to Fali Ramadani.

According to FCIN, Inter are continuing to monitor Fresneda.

To this end, they have made contact with the 18-year-old’s new agent Ramadani. The Nerazzurri are looking at whether or not they could swoop in and sign the young Spaniard.

Inter could accelerate their search for a right-sided wingback if Denzel Dumfries heads for the exit door.

Meanwhile, it’s not certain that the Nerazzurri will sign Raoul Bellanova permanently from Cagliari.
