Napoli and Juventus are reportedly keeping a close eye on the latest developments regarding Lazar Samardzic who was on the verge of joining Inter Milan.

The Nerazzurri reached an agreement with Udinese over the young midfielder’s transfer.

The player himself arrived in Milano last week, expressing his delight with his imminent switch to the club.

Nevertheless, his father late arrived at the club’s headquarters, taking over negotiations from prominent agent Rafaela Pimenta.

The player’s father insisted on an additional commission which wasn’t part of the original agreement.

As Il Messaggero (via FcInterNews) explains, the whole transfer collapsed over 300,000 euros, as Inter were unwilling to meet the father’s requests.

The 21-year-old has now re-joined Udinese’s ranks. However, the Fruilians are still looking to cash in on his services before the end of the summer transfer session.

Udinese Offered The Services of Lazar Samardzic To Napoli and Juventus Following Inter Milan Transfer Collapse

In the meantime, Juventus and Napoli are observing the situation. Udinese have reportedly offered the young man’s services to the two Serie A giants.

Moreover, the report reveals that Inter Milan discussed the operation last night with TDS Sports who are acting as intermediaries.

The phone call proved to be a short one, as the Nerazzurri rebuffed the intermediaries’ requests who, in their turn, were gunning for higher commissions.

Furthermore, Giovanni Fabbian’s transfer to Udinese is also dead in the water. The young Inter Milan midfielder was supposed to move in the opposite direction as part of the package.
