On what has been a busy Friday night for Inter Milan, Joaquin Correa has completed his move to Olympique Marseille while Eddie Salcedo signed for Eldense.

The two transfers are now official. The French and Spanish clubs have both announced the arrival of their respective new players.

Starting with Correa, the official Marseille website announced the capture of the 29-year-old forward.

As the French side confirms, the Argentine signed for OM on loan until the end of the season. The Ligue 1 club will also have the option to purchase the player.

The former Sampdoria, Sevilla and Lazio star signed his contract with Marseille after passing his medical tests, the official statement confirms.

Correa joined Inter in 2021, following in the footsteps of Simone Inzaghi who made the switch from Lazio in the same summer.

But despite a brilliant debut against Hellas Verona, the striker never truly managed to leave a positive mark at the Giuseppe Meazza.

The Nerazzurri have been looking to offload Correa since the start of the summer transfer session.

They already have a replacement in the shape of a returning Alexis Sanchez. The Chilean has signed his contract with the Nerazzurri.

On another note, 21-year-old Salcedo has joined Eldense on loan. The Spanish second-division club has announced the transfer (via FcInterNews).

The Italo-Colombian joined Inter’s ranks in 2018. He embarked on a host of loan stints over the past five years, the most recent at Genoa. He now signs for Eldense on loan with the option to buy.
