Stefano Sensi, Francesco Acerbi, and Alexis Sanchez will all be absent from Inter Milan’s squad for tomorrow’s Serie A clash with Fiorentina.

This according to today’s print edition of Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport, via FCInterNews. The newspaper report that the Nerazzurri trio will miss out for fitness reasons.

Inter’s Serie A season is now well underway. The Nerazzurri will play their third match of the season against Fiorentina after 2-0 wins against Monza at home and then away to Cagliari.

Reportedly, Inter coach Simone Inzaghi will name the same starting eleven from those two matches.

Inter Trio Sensi, Acerbi & Alexis Sanchez To Miss Out On Fiorentina Clash

Reportedly, two new signings will already be in Inter’s squad tomorrow – defender Benjamin Pavard and midfielder Davy Klaassen.

However, there will be three notable absentees, according to Tuttosport.

Midfielder Sensi is anticipated to miss out. This is not necessarily due to any specific injury, but rather due to muscular fatigue.

The 28-year-old’s absence will not necessarily do anything to dispel worries about his fitness for next season.

Meanwhile, defender Acerbi will also miss out, Tuttosport report.

The 35-year-old has already missed Inter’s first two matches of the season. He was out with a calf problem that he picked up during preseason training.

There is little worry about Acerbi’s injury, but as a precaution he will once again be out of the squad tomorrow. In all likelihood a return will come for Acerbi after the international break.

An Alexis Sanchez will not get the chance to make his second Inter debut.

The Chilean international forward is still not yet in condition to be part of the Nerazzurri’s squad.

Sanchez had not trained with other players for several weeks prior to making his return to Inter last week.

Therefore, the 34-year-old is not quite deemed to be ready to take to the pitch, although that won’t be far off for him.
