A report reveals the possible return dates of Inter Milan stars Juan Cuadrado and Marko Arnautovic.

The two veterans joined the club’s ranks in the summer. The Austrian returned to Appiano Gentile 13 years after his original spell.

For his part, the Colombian made a controversial switch after plying his trade with Inter’s arch-rivals Juventus for eight years.

Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi is awaiting the return of the injured duo who would boost his squad’s depth.

According to Il Corriere dello Sport via FcInterNews, Arnautovic could remain on the sidelines for another three weeks.

The 34-year-old sustained a hamstring injury when he came off the bench during Inter’s away fixture against Empoli at the Carlo Castellani Stadium on September 24.

The experienced striker’s injury is leaving Inzaghi short of options up front. Club captain Lautaro Martinez, Marcus Thuram and Alexis Sanchez are the only available strikers in the first team. The trio is currently covering the two attacking slots in Inzaghi’s 3-5-2 formation.

Juan Cuadrado Aiming For Return In Inter Vs Roma Clash; Marko Arnautovic Out For Three More Weeks

As for Cuadrado, the report envisions a nearer return to action. The Roman newspaper expects the wingback to skip this weekend’s encounter against Torino as well as the Champions League clash versus RB Salzburg.

Nevertheless, the 35-year-old is reportedly targeting a comeback in next weekend’s Serie A showdown against AS Roma.

The former Juventus star suffered an injury in the Achilles tendon that ruled him out of several encounters.

Although he made his return against Bologna, featuring in the second half, the wingback suffered a relapse.

The Colombia international has thus far made four Serie A appearances for Inter, all coming off the bench. He contributed with an assist in the 4-0 routing of Fiorentina.
