Former As Roma star Francesco Graziani believes Inter Milan have the strongest squad in Serie A alongside AC Milan and Napoli.

Despite dropping five points at home against Sassuolo and Bologna, the Nerazzurri currently sit on top of the Serie A table with 25 points from 10 fixtures.

Simone Inzaghi’s men also boast the best attack and best defense in the league.

However, Inter’s rivals aren’t too far away. Juventus are second in the table, just two points adrift of the league leaders. Milan complete the podium, three points behind their crosstown rivals.

For their part, defending champions Napoli are yet to find consistency under the guidance of their new manager Rudi Garcia. They only collected 18 points in the first 10 rounds.

Ciccio Graziani Names Inter Milan, AC Milan And Napoli As The Strongest Squads In Italian Football

Nevertheless, Graziani believes the Partenopei still possess one of the most complete squads in Italian football. The same goes for the Milanese duo.

“There is something that isn’t working at Napoli. The results paint a clear picture,” said the 1982 World Cup winner in his interview with Radio Marte via FcInter1908.

“But there’s still time to recover. I still think that Napoli have the most complete squad like Inter and Milan who are just three points away from the top.

“Even in the Rossoneri environment, there are too many trials against Pioli. However, I am certain that Napoli have the potential to get back on top.”

Graziani represented the likes of Torino, Fiorentina and Roma during his illustrious playing career.

The former striker had 64 caps with the senior Italian national team, scoring 23 international goals in the process.
