Famous football agent Rafaela Pimenta confirms that both Inter Milan and Henrikh Mkhitaryan are eager to renew their collaboration.
The 34-year-old has been a pillar in the middle of the park for Simone Inzaghi’s side since joining the club in the summer of 2022.
However, his contract expires at the end of the season, meaning that the two parties must find an agreement over a renewal if they intend to extend the player’s time at Appiano Gentile.
For her part, Brazilian agent Pimenta insists that the Nerazzurri and the Armenian veteran are hellbent on finding a solution.
“Henrikh is a footballer who has great serenity and maturity. He plays with passion and heart.” said the agent when discussing her client’s future in a chat with Calciomercato.it via FcInterNews.
“The renewal with Inter? Everyone desires it. Now, we’re addressing the details as should be the case.”
Mkhitaryan represented some of the biggest clubs in Europe during his elusive career. This includes Borussia Dortmund, Man United, Arsenal and AS Roma.

The Nerazzurri snapped him on a free transfer in the summer of 2022. The experienced midfielder rapidly established himself as a key figure in the starting line-up.
This season, the 34-year-old has thus far contributed with two goals and four assists in his 13 Serie A outings. He also made four appearances in the Champions League.
Both of his goals came in the Derby della Madonnina demolition of AC Milan.
