Juventus coach Maz Allegri feels that even Inter Milan President Steven Zhang isn’t hiding the Nerazzurri’s Serie A title ambitions.

The Bianconeri coach spoke in a press conference ahead of his team’s league match against Genoa this evening, as reported by FCInterNews.

Inter have not exactly hidden the fact that they are aiming to win the Serie A title this season.

The Nerazzurri have missed out in the past couple of campaigns.

In the 2021-22 season, Inter lost out by the narrowest of margins. City rivals AC Milan beat Inter to the title on the final day of the season.

And then last time around, the Nerazzurri were nowhere near runaway champions Napoli.

This time, however, Inter are hoping that they’ll have everything in place to finally follow up the league title that they won during the 2020-21 season.

That would make it their first title under Simone Inzaghi.

And it would be title number twenty for Inter. That would be significant as it would allow the Nerazzurri to put a second star above their club crest on their shirts.

Juventus Coach Max Allegri: Even Zhang Says Inter Want The Serie A Title

Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has openly said that the team are targeting a title win.

And at yesterday’s club Christmas party, Nerazzurri President Zhang echoed that sentiment.

Allegri gave the view that “We know that Inter are the favourites to win the league title.”

“They were built to win,” he continued.

“They’ve also said it themselves,” the Juventus coach continued.

He noted that “Even Zhang said at their Christmas party that they’re going all-in on the goal of winning the second start.”

“Therefore, they’re aiming to win the league title this season,” Allegri said.

Then the Juventus coach claimed that “Our objective is different.”

“We’re on a different path, one which we’ve just started on.”
