Inter Milan midfielder Davide Frattesi admits that he’s “hyper-competitive” when it comes to football

The Italian international spoke to Rivista Undici, via FCInter1908. he also said that he rarely watches football on television.

Frattesi joined Inter from Sassuolo over the summer.

The 24-year-old made the switch for a sizable transfer fee. There is no doubt that Frattesi is a player who Inter are backing heavily for the future.

So far, Frattesi has not been a regular starter for Inter.

The Azzurri man has had a few standout performances and moments here and there. But he has yet to really be at the heart of the team as he had been in his two seasons with the Neroverdi in Serie A.

However, Frattesi has plenty of time.

The young midfielder has still only been at Inter for a few months.

And there is a strong sense that over the coming weeks and months, Frattesi will get his chance to shine.

He may not have really broken into the regular midfield trio. But the likes of Nicolo Barella, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, and Hakan Calhanoglu cannot start every match of a packed fixture list.
