Midfielder Davide Frattesi feels that whilst he used to dream of playing for other teams, he doesn’t any longer.

Speaking to Italian news outlet Rivista Undici, via FCInterNews, the 24-year-old opened up on what playing for the Nerazzurri means to him.

Frattesi has now been an Inter player for a few months.

The Italian international joined the Nerazzurri last summer. He made the move from Sassuolo.

And whilst Frattesi has yet to gain a starting berth at Inter, he has still made an impact.

The goal that the 24-year-old scored against Hellas Verona over the weekend was further evidence of that.

Frattesi scored the winner in stoppage time. And his joy was palpable.

Frattesi celebrated intensely, strengthening a bond with the Inter faithful that’s still at its beginning.

And for his part, the 24-year-old now feels that, regardless of where his sympathies may have laid in the past, it is now Inter that is the team he feels the strongest attachment to.
