Inter Milan youngster Jan Zuberek has joined Serie B club Ternana Calcio on loan for the rest of the season.
The young striker is Poland U19 international who joined the Nerazzurri in the summer of 2021 after impressing during his time at Spal’s youth ranks.
The 19-year-old has made 13 appearances for Inter’s Primavera side this season. He contributed with two goals and an assist across all competitions.
Zuberek will now have the chance to play at the senior level after completing his switch to Ternana.
The Umbrians announced the arrival of the Polish teenager through an official statement published on their website.
“Ternana Calcio announces that it has acquired the services of the footballer Jan Żuberek from FC Inter,” read the club’s official note.
“He took his first steps in the Akademia Bialystok and in January 2020, he joined Spal’s youth sector, collecting 14 appearances and contributing with 10 goals and 2 assists with the Under 17.

“In August 2021, he moved to Inter, scoring 4 goals in 6 games with the Under 18. While with the Nerazzurri Primavera, he made 38 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 2 assists.
“The Polish striker born in 2004 moves to the Rossoverde on a loan deal until 30 June 2024.”
Zuberek will be looking to score goals that would help Ternana escape relegation to Serie C.
The Rossoverde currently sit 17th in the Serie B standings, collecting 18 points from their 19 fixtures thus far.
Fellow Inter Milan loanee Eddie Salcedo finds himself in a similar situation to Zuberek after joining Lecco.
