Inter Milan linked forward Anthony Martial will stay at Manchester United until the end of his contract, says his agent.

The 28-year-old’s agent Philippe Lamboley told to Sky Sports UK, via FCInterNews, denying rumours of an imminent exit from Old Trafford.

At the moment, Martial is under contract with United runs out at the end of June.

The French international joined the Red Devils from Monaco in the summer of 2015. But this could be the end of the road for him at the Premier League giants.

Martial’s future is in question. He has yet to sign a contract extension with United.

This has made him a prospective target for a number of clubs.

Among these are Inter.

The Nerazzurri are likely to make one or two attacking signings over the next couple transfer windows.

And Inter’s propensity to make free transfer signings is hardly a big secret. The Nerazzurri could therefore see Martial as an opportunity on the transfer market.

Agent: Anthony Martial Will Stay At Man United Until End Of His Contract

On the other hand, Martial could even decide to leave United before his current deal with the club runs out.

The Frenchman could depart during the January transfer window.

This could be in search of more playing time. Or, United could aim to offload him for a transfer fee this month whilst they still have the chance.

There have been a few rumours to this effect that have emerged over the past few weeks.

But for his part, Martial’s agent does not expect that there is any chance of a departure.

“Anthony will not leave Manchester United,” the Frenchman’s agent Lamboley said of rumours regarding a January exit.

“He will stay until the end of his contract.”

However, the Frenchman could well depart at the end of the season.
